Oh my! I am not at all ready for that! We have drizzle here in Illinois today, but it is still in the sixties.
ReplyDeleteIt is supposed to warm up a little, but then snow some more later this week Carlee! Enjoy your warm days.
DeleteI can't believe you have snow already! We did get a little bit in the mountains, which is good news after last year. It was sunny yesterday but the rain has returned!
ReplyDeleteThey say not much snow is forecast for this year. I wouldn't mind - but my son is really hoping to ski a lot.
DeleteToday we have rain. Blessed, life giving rain. Summer is shouldering her way in fast though.
ReplyDeleteGlorious images - thank you.
I'm glad you like the photos - when our temperature drop well below freezing, I will be coming to your Sunday Selections for a little warmth!
DeleteMild...around 19 degrees with a light breeze, overcast with a feeling of dampness as the rain promised for tomorrow is moving in to our area.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the mild temps while they last!
DeleteYour p ictures j ust take my breath away. I soo miss the snow and the change of seasons. Such utter beauty in all its raw power! We have sunny and boring here in Greece...
ReplyDeleteHhmmm ... sunny and boring Greece sounds pretty heavenly to me :)
DeleteWe're heading towards summer, which I'm not looking forward to, but we've had cool days with ground soaking drizzly rain for a few days now. I'm glad of that, we really need rain around here.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you are getting the rain that you need there. So many drought conditions around the world right now.
DeleteYou're ahead of us Canadians, just across the border. We got a dusting on our Halloween pumpkins, with snow in the forecast sometime this weekend. But so far - nothing has accumulated. Brrr . . .
ReplyDeleteOur weather patterns are ususally quite similar. I'm surprised you didn't get more of this snow. And yes, Brrrr. Although it has warmed up again enough that it all melted off the roads and I have taken some nice walks the past few days.
DeleteI can't imagine living in the snow - I have never actually seen real snow - just a few measly flakes once when I was away travelling. It's sunny and blue skies in Australia and getting warmer by the day!
ReplyDeleteTHere are some things I like about winter and snow - nothing beats a blue sky sunny day with the snow reflecting sparkles of light. But I really do dislike driving in winter!
DeleteWe've had nothing but rain for days. They say we are going to have a bad winter this year. I'm probably the only one looking forward to it! I miss snow (I'm sure that feeling won't last too long haha)! Have a great week!
