Safe Travels This Weekend Everyone!

The Arizona Desert has some of my favorite types of topography and vegetation in the United States.
The quote by Doug Larson* (on the top photo of this post) struck me as a good reminder that people should use extra caution while traveling this weekend.  Traffic increases during holiday weekends, and drivers may be driving unfamiliar routes or be distracted. 

Have a fun weekend - and be safe!

    Beautiful Arizona pictures! As you know, I've been there often since my parents moved there. Love the quote about Labor Day weekend! Hope you have a great one too!

    We try very hard NOT to travel on holiday weekends. Too many people, too many distractions.

      We like to stick close to home on busy travel weekends too. Cool and rainy here this weekend, but we are having a relaxing weekend - thanks!

      A canoe trip sounds fun! Last year we canoed and tubed on the river over Labor Day weekend - this weekend feels much too cool to even think about submerging in the river!
